What hours does VTC work?

We work the same hours as title companies and banks: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We are also off on bank/government holidays.

Do you have an office?

Virtual Transaction Coordinating does not have a brick and mortar office. We are based in San Antonio, TX, and work remotely on your behalf.

If you are licensed agents, do you sell homes too? (And will you steal my business?)

Absolutely not. We have no desire to sell homes! We truly enjoy paperwork and processing contracts until they’re closed so you can sell more homes..

What geographical areas do you serve?

Currently, we provide services to Bexar County and all surrounding counties. However, if you work outside of these areas, contact us and we will see what we can do to serve you!

What makes you different from other TC services?

Frequent and positive communication sets us apart from other companies. We do not stop following up on any items or issues until the matter is resolved, or we get a satisfactory answer for our client!

Do you write amendments?

We sure do! When it comes to repair amendments, we ask that you tell us verbatim what you want included, so that there’s no room for miscommunication or error. Other than that, we create and send amendments for signature whenever you need. We also keep an eye on all deadlines and create amendments if extensions are needed - with your knowledge and permission, of course.

What systems do you use for your transaction management?

We are proficient in DotLoop, Docusign, Zipforms, Skyslope, BackAgent and KW Command.
