The devil is in the details, as they say, and that is certainly true for the real estate industry. While as an agent we are trying to market, serve and complete a transaction to a successful close, I found most balls are dropped after an executed contract is in place. The Moyer Team stopped “bouncing those balls” once we started using VTC as a part of our Team!
