Over the past year our business has increased over 15% because we’re spending less time in our office and more time with clients. Many times we’re in the car with clients for hours at a time. The TC introduces herself to all parties of the transaction and initiates a timeline of events to establish the process going forward. She constantly watches the timelines even if we don’t get a chance, which ensures that transactions stay on time, documents that are needed are sent on time, and our clients are always informed.
